Japan and Kyrgyz Republic Sign the Memorandum of Cooperation for Establishing the JCM

GODA Hideki, Ambassador of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic and Mr. Azamat TEMIRKULOV, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) in Kyrgyz.
